To protect our business partners from volatility within the spot market, we do not compensate with percentage pay. Ascend Trucking offers compensation per mile which allows contractors increased financial stability.

CDL-A Lease Truck Driver Requirements

1. Must be at least 21 years of age
2. No more than 3 moving violations in last 36 months
3. No more than 2 incidents or accidents in last 36 months
4. No DUI, DWI, or moving violations involving drugs or alcohol in the last 10 years
5. Stable work history
6. Valid CDL-A and Medical Card

Truck Requirements

1. Truck must be a 2000 or newer to connect with our ELD
2. Must pass a level 1 DOT inspection through our shop
3. Scale out 45,500 with a full tank of fuel

$1.45 plus fuel surcharge on all loaded miles

$1.15 per mile on empty miles
