HOLIDAY PAY
Ascend provides Holiday Pay of $150 for the following days as long as you work the scheduled day before, on, or after the holiday:

PAID TIME OFF
Ascend offers Paid Time Off (PTO) for full-time employees. Employees earn PTO each pay period up to their annual maximums. Drivers, Technicians, and Hourly employees start earning after 90 day probationary period expires.
Per Diem
At Ascend we provide drivers $0.08 CPM in Per Diem with NO ADMIN FEES ( this saves our drivers on average $0.02 CPM compared to other carriers).
Rider Program
With your favorite co-pilot, our Rider Policy allows you to bring anyone age 12-74 on the road with you!
Pet Pass
With our Pet Pass, Ascend is one of the few truly pet friendly carriers in the nation that encourages you to bring your dog on the road. (1 dog only permitted)
