Excellent Accessorial Pay:

  • 1 Day Orientation
  • 7 Paid Holidays - $150.00 per day (PAID same as office staff!)
  • $20 per hour Detention Pay
  • $150 Breakdown Pay
  • Up to $150 Layover Pay
  • Productivity Bonus $0.020 - additional 0.02 cpm for all miles (loaded and empty) if miles are over 2,500
  • Short Haul Pay $40 - Any loads delivered at 150 miles or less
  • Safety Bonus - $50 monthly

Class A CDL Team Pay 

Ascend Class A CDL Teams will split the mileage rate but earn on all miles the truck runs. Teams can earn up to $0.70 cents per mile split on all miles.

  • Class A CDL Trainer Pay

    Ascend Class A CDL trainers are paid to develop and mentor their trainees. Class A CDL Trainers will earn and additional $0.03 cents per mile once they become a trainer and as long as they routinely train students.  While training, Class A CDL Trainers earn and additional $ 0.02 cents per mile on all miles the truck runs. Class A CDL Trainers will receive a retention bonus for each trainee they graduate. Class A CDL Trainers will earn $0.01 for every mile the trainee runs in the month for the first 6 months after the trainee goes solo.
