CDL-A Lease Driver Requirements

1. Must be at least 21 years of age
2. No more than 3 moving violations in last 36 months
3. No more than 2 incidents or accidents in last 36 months
4. No DUI, DWI, or moving violations involving drugs or alcohol in the last 10 years
5. Stable work history
6. Valid CDL-A and Medical Card

RATES & FEES

Pay Packages

Rate per Mile

$1.45 plus fuel surcharge on all loaded miles

$1.15 per mile on empty miles

• Bobtail Insurance $6.67
• General Maintenance Escrow = $.015 per mile ($3,000 cap)

• Heavy highway tax = $11.00
• I/C admin fee = $50.00
• Deductible buy back insurance = $9.00 (if you use our insurance)
